


I know. This is where I’m supposed to show you how professional I am and make sure you know that I am super successful, show you photographs from 15 years ago next to my fancy sports car, with the social media filters to hide my wrinkles, reflecting that I have a perfect life and no flaws as a human.
But the truth is, I would rather you know how human I really am. People call me Uncle Drew for a reason and it is NOT because of all of my accomplishments. They call me that because of the way that they relate to me on a human and family level.
One of my favorite quotes by Maya Angelou is: “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." My goal is to embody this quote. When you walk away from a conversation with me, I want you to feel heard. I want you to feel that you matter. I want you to feel encouraged that what you want to get done is possible. And then I want to make that happen.
So, on a human level, I am a HUGE foodie. I know ALL the spots to eat. I know all the neighborhoods based on the food joints in the area, which people find rather entertaining.
Most days you will catch me spending time with my family, bumping to 80's music (all genres), playing Scrabble or Golf on my phone, or taking a cat nap in my favorite ratty, yet very comfortable recliner that my wife wants me to take to the curb.



I am an Air Force brat that went Navy. My Dad served in the Airforce making me an Air Force brat. I didn't live the traditional military life moving from place to place. My life was stable and I grew up in Rapid City, South Dakota where I married my high school sweetheart, Mischelle (another Air Force brat). We have been together for over 39 years, married for 35 years, and have 3 outrageously beautiful adult children, 2 daughters and a son.
We relocated to Milwaukee, WI in 2004 and what an adventure that was. Our plan was to stay here for a year and then figure out what was next. And over 20+ years later, here we are.
If you are wondering about my experience or my work history, I served in the US Navy, was a Correctional Officer, Mortgage Consultant for over 21 years, a Real Estate Title Closer, and now a Real Estate Agent. As far as everything else goes, I love my Country and Jesus Christ is my hero and my Savior. He has given me the strength and the grace to get me this far. If you are following the proper order in which to do things, then you would already have your own agent lined up and that agent should be the one talking to the agent that is listing the property. You have no idea how easy it is to tip your hat and give that person leverage to use against you in the future should you buy this home. This is like a poker game and they can see a novice from a mile away. This agent listing the property is required to keep the seller's best interest in mind, not yours. Get your own agent before looking at properties and making phone calls or you won't have to worry about anyone else screwing you over because you will likely screw yourself.
If you are trying to buy a home without an agent then yes, you can call but beware. Everything that you say can and will be used against you. Also, keep in mind that many of the websites that list all of the properties for sale will also try to steer you to one of their agents and the agent likely listed for the property is NOT the actual listing agent. (It's an advertisement for a different agent).
